    Mindfulness. Look after yourself be positive about yourself. Think the world is a fascinating place to learn about. Know your strenghts and improve them/ Find where you are . week and be positive in getting rid of them, even if it means asking for help.Enjoy your own self.

      Dear Nigel,
      Most of the time people, me included, are so caught up with rushing around. We are doers rather than contemplaters. This is why I enjoy practising mindfulness. Stopping allows one to do all the things that you list.
